REDO peeler

A classic, stainless steel peeling knife in the REDO line with a fixed blade that is not only extremely durable, but also provides full control. The handle is made of 98% recycled-plastic handle, produced from collected consumer packaging. The shape of the handle is based on an ancient Japanese design known as ‘Shinogi’, ensuring a good grip and improved control. The Shinogi handle has a vertical edge down the shaft, ensuring a good grip and control for both left- and right-handed users.
